LNG parts ways with Croco and BuLLDoG, KT locks in Score through 2029

LNG made the bigger roster splash on July 11, cutting loose two starters at once. The LPL organization announced that jungler Croco and mid laner BuLLDoG have both left the team, opening major holes in the middle of the map heading into LNG's next phase.

Croco arrived in China as a high profile import after building his name in Korea, and LNG brought him in to stabilize the jungle. BuLLDoG, another Korean player, handled mid lane duties. With both players now out, LNG is not just replacing talent, it is rebuilding the core connection between jungle and mid. That pairing usually drives a team's early game, objective control, and map tempo, so these exits carry real weight.

LNG has not, based on the announced moves here, named replacements for either role. That leaves the organization with two of the most important positions on the Rift unresolved. For a team trying to stay competitive in the LPL, the next signings will say a lot about its direction.

Over in Korea, KT made a very different kind of move. The organization extended head coach Score through 2029, giving one of the most recognizable names in Korean League of Legends a long runway on the bench. Score remains a franchise figure in the KT orbit, first as a veteran player and now as the coach tasked with shaping the team's identity.

The contrast between the two announcements is sharp. LNG is searching for answers in jungle and mid, while KT is betting on continuity at the top of its coaching staff. On one day, one team lost Croco and BuLLDoG. The other made sure Score is staying put for years.
