T1 lock in Keria through 2029 as July 7 GCD updates hit five Korean teams

T1 made the biggest statement in Monday's Korean GCD updates, extending support star Keria through 19 November 2029. While several LCK and Korean circuit teams refreshed contracts on July 7, Keria's new end date stands out immediately. No other move on the list reaches that far.

The rest of the updates centered on 2026 expirations. BFX updated bot laner Taeyoon's contract through 16 November 2026, NS did the same with bot laner Diable, and BRO refreshed mid laner Pungyeon on the same timeline. DNS also updated jungler Sharvel's contract, with his deal now running through 16 November 2026.

For T1, keeping Keria tied down long term matters on its own. He has been one of the most recognizable supports in Korea, and a 2029 expiration gives T1 rare stability around one of the team's cornerstone players. It is not a flashy transfer, but it is a meaningful piece of business for an organization that has consistently built around elite talent.

The other four updates are shorter, cleaner pieces of retention. BFX keep Taeyoon in the bot lane, NS hold onto Diable, BRO maintain continuity with Pungyeon in mid, and DNS preserve Sharvel in the jungle. None of those entries indicate a role swap or team move, but each confirms where these players are slated to remain under contract.
